Can I use the data from the portal instead of my logbook for chemical record keeping?
Yes, the software can provide compliant chemical records that meet environmental protection and biosecurity regulations.
How do I access the data from the hardware devices?
The data from the UFT devices is accessed via the Rapid Logix web portal. You can access this via your browser from any device/computer.
Is there an ongoing cost for the software?
There is a subscription cost associated with each device. This covers the following points of service:
Can I access/export the data from the Rapid Logix portal?
You can export the raw data from any spray job on the portal. This will produce a CSV file so you can manipulate the data before importing to other GIS/software systems. For automated data integration solutions, please contact one of our helpful staff.
Do all field staff need to login/use the software?
The system is flexible to suit your team working methods so you can choose to have field staff use the software, or leave that to office staff.
How can I invite new members to my organisation?
Step 1: Navigate to Users tab. Click the +Add button in the top right.
How do I activate a new device?
a. Devices come pre-activated, if by chance you receive your device, and it is not activated, please email logixsupport@rapidspray.net for prompt assistance.
