At the Pest Animal and Weed Symposium 2025, we joined the Gladstone Area Water Board to showcase how the Rapid Logix system had been changing the way spray operators worked.

Built tough, built to save time

In the field, Rapid Logix proved itself tough, reliable, and highly efficient. Operators spent less than 20% of the time on record-keeping compared to previous methods, with instant data exports ready for GIS systems.

Ease of use was one of the biggest wins. Setting up on the computer was straightforward, and day-to-day use in the field was, in the words of one operator, “pretty easy to use” – especially for those spraying weeds every day.

During trials, Rapid Logix even survived a 20 km road-haul test. The unit came back looking rough, but after being rehoused, it was straight back to work without a hitch.

Record-keeping made effortless

Before Rapid Logix, spray operators were bogged down by recording requirements – entering details on a phone, filling out paper forms, and then transferring everything into a computer system. With Rapid Logix, they simply completed their spray job, took a screenshot of the info, saved it, and forwarded it straight into GIS.



The result was clear: less than 20% of the time spent on paperwork compared to before, freeing operators to focus on the real work in the field.

At the Symposium, attendees heard firsthand from operators who had trialled Rapid Logix and experienced the difference it made – saving time, improving reporting, and delivering stronger results on the ground.
